Order Entry Specialist (Full Time / Part Time)

Job Overview

As an Order Entry Specialist you will be responsible for entering orders and data, managing customer service issues, supporting catalog sales and completing Accounts Payable and Receivables. We are looking for someone who is entrepreneurial, open to learning and taking initiative, while being a part of a growing business.

Duties & Responsibilities

Some of your duties may include:

  • Cross-checking, acknowledging, and processing customer orders
  • Inputting data into a central database to be used to track shipped and invoiced orders
  • Drawing up invoices for customer orders and collecting payments including generating and following up on Accounts Receivables reports
  • Remitting payments including generating and following up on Accounts Payable reports
  • Completing administrative tasks including: keeping records and reports up to date, preparing documents and filing documents

Experience & Skills

  • Minimum two (2) years’ experience working in data entry and/or administration.
  • Experience with QuickBooks is a plus.
  • Experience with Google Workspace is a plus.
  • Experience in Accounting (namely, accounts payable and receivables) is a plus.
