Lunkenheimer forged stainless steel globe valves are designed to withstand severe service conditions. Outside screw and yoke design is ideal for corrosive applications. Stem threads are outside the valve, so they are free from damage by corrosive fluids and sediments. The forged grade austentic stainless steel is in compliance with ASTM A182 Grade F316.

Bodies Heavily constructed to assure durability.

Bonnets Body-bonned flange faces are self-centering, male-female type and have spiral wound 316 stainless steel gaskets. Bonnet bolting consists of bolts threaded into the body.

Yokes Integral with body. Yoke bushings are durable and resistant to seizure.

Stems Rising, rotating stems have heavy Acme threads and liberal engagement with the yoke bushing for maximum strength.

Discs Standard tapered disc lifts high enough above the body seat to allow full, unobstructed flow.

Seats Integral with body.

Backseat Integral with bonnet. Machined shoulder on the stem seats against machined backseat in bonnet.
